Return Policy

 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you and your cat to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@lunacatdesign.com. 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging the item securely to prevent damage in transit. If a returned item wasn't packed appropriately and arrives damaged, a refund will not be issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item (Please keep in mind that your bank’s processing times may vary). 

Items marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGES & SHIPPING ISSUES

If an item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item contact us in writing at returns@lunacatdesign.com within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide us with your order number and/or receipt.

If you have received notification that an item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received the item, contact us in writing at info@lunacatdesign.com within 24 hours to notify us of the issue. You must also contact the mail carrier responsible for delivering the item to resolve the issue with the carrier. We are not responsible for the carrier’s failure to deliver the item.

Customized orders are non-refundable and are not eligible for return under any circumstances. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are allowed within 60 minutes after placing an order. In order to cancel within that time frame, please email us at info@lunacatdesign.com with the subject line “order cancellation.”
 

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship your products within 2 business days from the time of your purchase.
